Since its foundation in 1998, BISS GmbH has developed innovative solutions. So far, the focus has been on the insurance and financial services industry. In addition, BISS has been involved in BiPRO, an initiative of the insurance industry for process optimization, since 2008. The aim of BiPRO is to create uniform standards in order to optimize cross-company business processes for all market participants - insurance companies, sales partners and service providers. We have been able to raise our level of expertise to expert status thanks to our intensive involvement in pioneering projects within BiPRO. Our customers benefit from this.

Sustainable management in line with ESG criteria was put on the to-do list of companies in Europe by the legislator with the "Act on Corporate Due Diligence in Supply Chains" (LkSG for short) introduced on July 22, 2021.

So it was a logical step to put this topic, which is important for a successively increasing number of companies, on the agenda of BISS product development.
